For anyone considering Ballet Beautiful BELIEVE all of the positive reviews you hear about and
if you have the opportunity to try and/or continue with Ballet Beautiful remarkable results are sure to follow with the Ballet Beautiful workouts.

I have been doing the Ballet Beautiful Total Body workout.

In addition, I purchased the Ballet Beautiful Burn DVD (2-disc Swan Arms Cardio & Backstage Workout), Sculpt and Burn Cardio Blast and have been feeling the burn literally, so much so I also recently purchased Supermodel, Cardio Fat Burn, Body Blast and some gorgeous leotards!!

(I had worked and lived in NY and have now moved, so enjoy the vibe, music and background in your video’s, make's me feel right at home!!)

I had tried various exercise programs over the years, but Ballet Beautiful is superior to them all and the most wonderful experience!! Ballet Beautiful has increased my flexibility, balance, posture and overall strength. It works!! Talk about transformation!! Fact!! I have NEVER had this sculpted, elongated physique or a workout that kept me energized, balanced, strong, pain-free and ever so happy!! I really DO look forward to it every day!!

I am totally enjoying ALL of the Ballet Beautiful workouts (mix/match rotation 6x per week)!! I somehow grew taller!! Lol, I had my husband take my measurements and I grew 1 inch taller! By God’s Grace, I will continue to see amazing results!!
