2019 Fitness Challenge

Get ready Ballet Beauties! I am so excited to kick off 2019 with my first ever month-long fitness challenge!

I hope that you will join me on this challenge to kick start the new year and maximize our workouts together! Whether you are looking to gain strength and confidence, tighten up, or simply refocus your workouts, this challenge is designed to be a recharge for the body and mind.

I built these playlists and am including some of my favorite streaming workouts to create a month-long program that builds strength, muscle tone, and burns fat! There’s a mix of targeted toning and mat work to build lean muscle along with barre and cardio exercises to add a serious burn.

My goal with this challenge is to get us on a path that will garner serious results without a burnout. To me this is key because I want Ballet Beautiful to be a regular part of your daily lives, not an extreme program that is not sustainable! Each week will have a focus (Fully Body, Leg, Core etc) and include four one hour training days plus a lighter bonus day each week with two days to rest. This is a challenging but achievable amount of training to take you through the full four weeks!

Here are the details:

- We will be starting the challenge on Monday, January 21 and it will be ending on Sunday, February 17.

- All the workouts we will be following are available in the Custom Workout. If you are not a member of the Custom Workout, this is a great time to join to get started on achieving your fitness goals!

- Just like our other BB Challenges, it will consist of completing the workouts every day and we will help keep each other motivated. Share your workouts with us and how you are doing by using the hashtag: #BBChallenge. We will also be sharing our updates with all of you on our social media channels so please follow along with us at @balletbeautiful and @balletbeautifulfit.

- It is very easy to do these workouts no matter where you are. The only equipment you will be needing is a mat and some space. It is also always helpful to have a towel with you and some water.
