Fall DVD Challenge!

Get ready Ballet Beauties! Our second Ballet Beautiful DVD Challenge starts on Monday!

This all-new Challenge is composed exclusively from our Classic DVDs, which feature some of the most beloved Ballet Beautiful workouts of all time. We will also be having a giveaway with this Challenge, so make sure to share your photos with us and read through everything so you can enter for a chance to win!

Please note that all of the DVDs are sold in our store and are available in most iTunes stores. You can find them by searching "Ballet Beautiful" on iTunes and they will come up under the TV seasons section. These DVDs are region free so they will work for international customers.

Below are all the details you will need to get started. We love bringing the Ballet Beautiful community together to encourage and support each other as we challenge ourselves and reach new fitness goals together.

Here are all the details:

- We will be starting the challenge on Monday, November 4 and it will be ending on Sunday, November 17.

- All the workouts included in the Challenge can be found in the DVDs listed below and as detailed in the previous blog post. We have received questions from our online Ballet Beauties about the ability to follow along via streaming. While many of the workouts included in the DVD Challenge are in the streaming library, this is a DVD focused challenge. To get the full experience we recommend following via DVD!

- The workouts include 10 days of training (the schedule includes 5 days of workouts on Monday – Friday across 2 weeks because I like to have my weekends more relaxed to spend time with my family and kids) with a day for light stretching and one full rest day.

- As with our previous BB Challenges, this one will consist of completing the workouts every day and we will help keep each other motivated. Share your workouts with us and how you are doing by using the hashtags: #BalletBeautifulChallenge #BalletBeautiful. We will also be sharing our updates with all of you on our social media channels so please follow along with us at @balletbeautiful and @balletbeautifulfit.

- We will be having a special giveaway with this Challenge, here are the details on how to enter: Share a photo of yourself doing the Challenge in our BB Facebook Group (make sure you join!), or on instagram or twitter using the hashtag #BalletBeautifulChallenge, and tagging us @balletbeautiful. We will be selecting two winners and giving away a special Fall BB outfit!

- It is very easy to do these workouts no matter where you are! The only equipment you will need is a mat, light hand-weights and some space. It is also always helpful to have a towel with you and some water to stay hydrated.
