Healthy living always feels easier during the summer months. Working out is more energizing, the weather is more inviting and fresh produce is abundant. 2. Picnicking! What is more fun than a picnic in Central Park or your favorite local park? A quick run to the market to pick up a few healthy pre-made salads, bread, cheese, fruit and chocolate makes for the perfect meal al fresco.
3. Extra walking! In the summer months I just want to be outside! Extra walking is an easy way to increase daily steps and add a little extra burn.
