Barre Cardio is a fun and challenging full body ballet cardio workout. This dance-inspired workout gets your heart rate up while toning long lean ballerina muscles in the legs, butt, core and arms. Barre cardio provides fantastic low impact cardio and may be used alone for a quick Blast workout or paired with other Ballet Beautiful streaming videos like Plié Barre Burn for an even deeper burn.

*Please note for viewers at home: a chair, wall or hard surface such as a counter may be used in place of the barre.
