I just completed this workout and wow what a burn! For 30 minutes of actual exercise, the two blasts pack a punch! I used weights for the arms and it was so challenging. The abs section didn’t look difficult, but I could really feel the tension in my abs. The legs section was another wonderful ballet inspired workout and I felt like I was training like an actual ballerina while getting the results I wanted. Along with the mat stretch at the end, this was a wonderful workout:)
