This workout was created specifically for postnatal moms beginning exercise again after a cesarean section. This 17 minute full body workout builds strength and muscle tone in the legs, arms and butt without directly targeting the abs. Created by Mary Helen after the delivery of her first daughter via cesarean Section, this video is designed to be a more gentle introduction to fitness for new moms.
