C-Section Recovery Workouts

This two video bundle was created specifically for postnatal c-section mothers by Ballet Beautiful Founder, Mary Helen, after the birth of her first daughter via cesarean. These postnatal workouts were created to provide a gentle first step towards working out again after a cesarean section. Phase 1 is a full body workout designed to build strength and tone without directly targeting the abs. Phase 2 includes a postnatal core and mat workout to begin reconnecting with and strengthening the core when the body is ready for a greater challenge.
