A challenging and energizing mix of Ballet Baby Prenatal streaming video workouts designed to build strength, condition muscles and prepare the body for birth and beyond! Our prenatal library includes mat work, targeted toning exercises, light weights for the arms and upper body along with low impact standing and cardio workouts led by Mary Helen Bowers during her first pregnancy. Healthy mama, happy mama and baby-to-be!   Includes all 9 cardio/standing and mat prenatal workouts.
