Introducing A NEW Prenatal Workout Series for fit mamas-to-be. Our Prenatal Lunge Series includes three standing videos that incorporate basic ballet training with prenatal fitness to build strength, stamina and muscle tone through the legs and butt. Workouts include Ballet Lunge, Front, Ballet Lunge, Side and Ballet Lunge, Back and are optimal for use through each stage of pregnancy and for new moms beginning to exercise again after the baby arrives.

Before beginning any exercise program while pregnant or following a pregnancy, always check with your Doctor.
