Introducing A NEW Prenatal Workout Series for fit mamas-to-be. Tone, strengthen and sculpt with this fun bundle of three 5-6 minute streaming videos focusing on pliés at the Barre. Workouts include Plié in First Position, Plié in Second Position and Plié Tendu.
