Ballet Beautiful is my favorite workout on the go. I travel extensively for work so it is important for me to have a workout routine that I can do from wherever I go. Ballet Beautiful training requires very little space and no equipment other than a mat (or even a towel if a mat isn’t available). The workout is not only an effective way of achieving long and lean muscles but also a great way to relieve stress and relax the mind. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love Ballet Beautiful online private training sessions. For the longest time I wasted money on private trainers and intense classes, but I just ended up feeling exhausted and I never saw results. I have the BB custom workout subscription (which I love!) but I need accountability to keep me on track, so I supplement with online private training and it's perfect because I don't even have to leave my house. BB trainers are the loveliest people you've ever met in your life. They are all professional dancers who have amazing body awareness and can tailor the workout to exactly what you need. The workouts are tough but I feel graceful, energized, and happy every time I have a session. But the main reason I keep going is because of the real results. I am stronger and leaner, my posture is better, my stress levels are down, and clothes fit better. I am a Ballet Beautiful customer for life!

I have known and worked with Mary Helen and her incredible team of world class trainers for the past 10 years. It is by far the most effective workout I have ever tried. Results are fast, and changed my body in ways I didn’t even think possible! Not only are the workouts fun, they are also gentle on your body. I am often asked if I am a dancer thanks to my training with BB :)
Best of all, sessions feel like catching up with a friend! The trainers actually do the workouts with you, which is rare with private training.
