I used to be a subscriber but personal circumstances meant I couldn't continue and out of everything I loved, I found the one thing I missed the most was the stretching exercises. I have zero flexibility, mostly because my hamstrings are so tight I couldn't get anywhere near my toes, but these stretches never fail to make me feel relaxed and limber once I've finished. I'm noticing an increase in my flexibility (I can touch my toes!) Mary Helen is great at explaining where you should feel the stretch while addressing all levels of flexibility. These stretches are now the one thing I never skip doing as part of my daily routine, I recommend them if you struggle with flexibility too.
