Take A (Seated Stretch) Break! Hi Beauties, Today I want to share 3 simple, seated stretches that you can do anytime, anywhere to release tightness through your body! These seated stretches are a quick way to help loosen your muscles and relieve stress and you don't even have to get out of your chair! If you're working from home or at the office, playing on the floor with your littles or you just find yourself sitting for longer periods of time these days, take a break for just a moment and stretch! Your body deserves a reward after putting in a hard day's work. Join me for an easy stretch break! Your body will feel so good afterwards! Upper Back & Neck stretch When you are feeling tight, this seated stretch will help your back and neck open up. Begin seated with the hands clasped together. Raise the hands and place them behind your head, with the thumbs on the spot where your head meets your neck. Lift up high as you take a deep inhale. Slowly tuck the chin into your chest as you roll the head down and drop your elbows. Move slightly side to side, exhaling as you go. Return to center while keeping your chin tucked into your chest, roll up slowly, one vertebrae at a time. Slide the hands down the back of the head, bring the pinky fingers to that same spot where your neck meets your head. Hold the hands there and take a deep exhale as you open up and back, releasing tightness through the upper body and chest. Ankle Opener On days when I get less movement, I find that my legs and lower body are incredibly tight! This simple ankle roll will open up the lower body - it's great for circulation, too! Sit up high and stretch one leg out ahead with the knee straight. Roll the ankle 8 times in one direction, reverse and repeat. Change sides. Upper back & chest opener I love how open this stretch makes me feel!  Begin seated with the feet together. Slide the left hand down the side of the right thigh, lifting the right arm up above your head. Twist the shoulders up and open towards the top hand. Exhale deeply. Hold and repeat other side. Have a beautiful workout!
