I highly highly recommend this full-length workout--especially if your someone with zero ballet experience, like myself. Mary Helen does a wonderful job explaining how to properly execute and master basic ballet movements/concepts so you can get the most out of each workout and leave feeling beautiful! The art of ballet is complex but this workout makes you feel like you can do it! Before purchasing it, I didn't fully understand what stretching the knees meant and how it should feel in the body when properly executed--now I do though! And let me tell ya properly bending and stretching the knees while doing a standing cardio workout feels and burns SO good! I find myself practicing these movements throughout the day for fun! Get this workout and master the basics because then you'll have a much more enjoyable experience with all the other amazing and fun workouts Mary Helen offers!!!
