The supermodel series is quickly becoming some of my favorite workouts! They are challenging for me but great! This intro workout to the supermodel series is wonderful, and I especially love it when I'm shorter on time, but still want to get a good workout in! I love BB and since using the supermodel series, along with Mary Helen's other awesome workouts consistently since the beginning of January, I've dropped four pant sizes!!! My results are just amazing and put a smile on my face every time I look in the mirror--i feel stronger, leaner and smaller and happy knowing that I'm well on my way to achieving my personal fitness goals! I said it once but I'll say it again and again, I'm SO grateful I found Mary Helen and her business, BB. My body was not responding well to high intensity workouts anymore, and I was not getting the results I wanted by doing them. BB workouts deliver results without harsh jumping around etc. on the body. I look forward to doing BBs workouts because they're fun; I feel more coordinated and graceful and beautiful by doing them. So so grateful I found Mary Helen through random Facebook scrolling. I don't feel like I'll ever do anything but BB workouts/training in the future--it's exactly what I was wanting, needing and looking for to help slim me down and tone me up in the ways that I wanted!
