This video has an excellent, gentle core and arms workout. For me the highlight of this video is the extended lower and upper body stretches. The stretches are follow-along like the workouts, so Mary Helen talks you through the whole routine as she goes. As someone without much natural flexibility, these stretches are fantastic for releasing tension and getting as much stretch as I can achieve (especially when using the band). I love how relaxed I feel afterwards!
