    Ballet Beautiful gave me the best body I have ever had back in 2013 (no other methods and exercises used). I kept it until the pandemic (Covid + In-Laws are not a good combination... eat a whole cake or yell?). I finally have my sanity back, and this morning I did this workout and I can feel and see it working my waistline. Unlike most other workouts I've tried, BB truly delivers on the Beautiful, fast. I never have to guess and hope that it's working. I know it works, that's why I own all the full-length workouts and DVDs. I am forever grateful! Please keep the greatness coming! <3<3

    The hour I spent on this wonderful full-length workout was a great investment. It an excellent full body burn, which is my priority and I ended up being shocked by how effective Ballet Beautiful standing workouts for the abdomen actually are! I absolutely recommend it, it is powerful and beautiful.
