This is one of my favorite Ballet Beautiful workouts. It's tough (especially on the hamstrings and calves, so I always take extra time to stretch and use a foam roller afterwards for a couple days) but the dance-inspired exercises are so much fun. Mary Helen translates some classic ballet movements and positions into a fantastic cardio workout. Highly recommended if you love dance!
