3-Minute Ballet Beautiful Travel Workout

Working out on the go should be fast, easy and fun! Take your Ballet Beautiful burn with you this summer, wherever you may be! Travel is a great chance to refresh and rest the body and the mind, but that doesn’t mean you have to leave your workout behind! Our 3-minute travel workout will super charge your ballet muscles and keep you connected to your fitness goals on days when you don’t have the time for a full workout. No equipment or activewear needed!

1. Ballet Lunge with Arms in 5thThis lunge is a killer for your ballerina legs. Pull the stomach in tight, open the front toe slightly, keeping the knee over the toe and extend the back leg long behind you. Hold for 1-2 minutes for a serious burn! Stretch, rest and repeat with the arms extended side, keeping the chest open and the legs strong

2. Plié Releve It’s not a ballet class or a Ballet Beautiful workout without a grand plie in second position! Open the legs to second position, pulling the stomach in tight and keeping the knees over the toes. Lift up onto demi pointe and bend the knees into a deep grand plie. Hold for 1-2 minutes. Stretch and repeat! Hold onto the wall or barre for balance .
