5-Minute Breakfast Toast People say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and here at Ballet Beautiful we tend to agree! When we eat something healthy, energizing, and nourishing in the morning we find that we get more done, work out harder, and are in a much better mood throughout the entire day. Since mornings can be incredibly hectic and rushed for many of us and we only have a few minutes to grab a bite while we’re running out the door, we want our breakfast to be not only healthy and delicious, but also quick and easy to make! Which is why we are loving these simple and easily customizable breakfast toasts. It only takes a few minutes to put these together, and they are so filling and delicious!
