Ballerina Strengthening Bootcamp

Hi Beauties!

This month we're maintaining our strength to pave the way for healthy habits in 2023! February focuses heavily on Arm strengthening and posture work. While each day of this week long challenge features a full-body playlist, we're showing our upper body some extra love and attention! Bootcamp can be tough so if you find a workout to be too challenging, feel free to modify or find a different workout in the Restorative or Body Recharge Series to help you push through the playlist!

Our 1-week Bootcamp begins Monday, February 6, 2023. This challenge is pre-built into your BB Challenges feature under New This Month until March 2023, at which point it will be located under Year 3 of Ballet Beautiful Challenges for you to begin at anytime!
