Breakfast in Greece

Hi Beauties,

Pack your bags! We're heading to Greece for breakfast and a workout with Master Trainer, Dioni!

The table is set! Let's prepare our Tomato and Pepper Oven Baked Omelet.

Gather your ingredients:

5 eggs

1 tomato

1 green bell pepper

Grated parmesan cheese

Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

Thyme (chopped for serving)

Time to Cook!

Preheat the oven to 350 F, set to fan.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them along with salt and pepper.

Cut the tomato and pepper into small cubes and add them into the bowl with the eggs. Add the parmesan into the bowl and whisk.
Grease a baking pan with olive oil , pour the mixture into the baking pan and drizzle with a little olive oil .
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the omelet gets a nice golden color.
Remove the baking pan from the oven and serve with fresh chopped thyme!

Pairing our omelet with fresh aloe juice!

Grab your blender!

Juice of 3 oranges

1 Red apple

3 carrots

50g aloe vera juice

Add the orange juice into a blender. Peel the apple, cut it into pieces and add it to the blender. Peel the carrots and put them in the blender and add the aloe vera juice. Blend until all ingredients are homogenized. Ready to serve!
