How to use our most gentle workout series!

Hi Beauties,

Over the last 2 years we have worked with many clients looking for gentle workouts that build lasting foundational strength. Our Restorative Series was created to build foundational strength and tone through the core, legs and upper body, using gentle, strength-focused workouts.

These workouts are terrific for anyone looking to train after a pause in exercise, injury, illness, and have been a great resource for me working to get in shape in the months after the birth of my fourth child! The Restorative Series has a little something for everyone! The workouts can be used exclusively if you're looking to build foundational strength after an extended break from exercise and are great workouts to layer in with our Postnatal strength-focused training for new moms. You can even use the workouts as a warm up or cool down for your higher-intensity training. The best part is it can be done from the comfort and privacy of home! All you need is a mat, chair and set of light hand weights (1-2 lbs) to get started.
