Mary Helen's Favorite Summer Activities Healthy living always feels easier during the summer months. Working out is more energizing, the weather is more inviting and fresh produce is abundant. Below are a few of my favorite things to do for a healthy, Ballet Beautiful summer! Hope this gives you some fun ideas, and please share some of your favorite summer activities with us!

1. Ballet Beautiful Bikini Blasts! Our online Custom Workout subscription is filled with fun summer workouts and our new Bikini Workouts sculpt and tone like no other!

2. Picnicking! What is more fun than a picnic in Central Park or your favorite local park? A quick run to the market to pick up a few healthy pre-made salads, bread, cheese, fruit and chocolate makes for the perfect meal al fresco. 

3. Extra walking! In the summer months I just want to be outside! Extra walking is an easy way to increase daily steps and add a little extra burn. 

4. Ballet Beautiful style! I live in my pink and black ballerina flats with ribbons and leotards in the summer months. Pull on a breezy skirt or white jeans and the look is complete!
