Must Have Fashion Week Workouts

Fashion Week training is fast and furious. The pace of Fashion Week, which is technically a month of Fashion weeks back to back, can be brutal for Fashion insiders. As a trainer my goal is to help keep our members feeling energized and refreshed and to help them maximize time when things are tight. Burning off stress is also important. Not just for models and fashion editors, but for all of us!
