Spring Salads

It may still feel like winter in New York, but at Ballet Beautiful we’re getting ready for spring and warm weather to come our way! One of our favorite go-to meals when it gets warmer outside is salads; they’re healthy, refreshing, and easily customizable. You can create any kind of salad you’re craving: hearty and filling, light and invigorating, full of protein or fiber, meaty or vegan…the possibilities are endless! In fact, sometimes there are so many possibilities it can be hard to know where to start - so we’ve curated some of Mary Helen’s favorite salad recipes to inspire you. All of these salads are full of fresh and nutritious ingredients and are the perfect meal or side dish to keep you looking and feeling your best. And most importantly, they’re delicious!
