The weather is heating up and so are our workouts! This month we've prepped 2 back to back mini Summer intensives to help you feel your strongest and most confident. We're mixing 1-week of 5-minute moves with power workouts and mini stretches followed by 1-week of 30-minute daily Livestreams with Mary Helen to fire up your June fitness routine!
Our first mini intensive kicks off Monday, June 5, 2023. This challenge is pre-built in your BB Challenges feature under New This Month until July 2023.
