Ballerina Lengthen + Tone

Hi Beauties,

This month is all about energy boosting and strengthening workouts through leg lengthening and cardio toning. July focuses heavily on ballet booty lifting and building on the mat and at the barre. Each day of this week long challenge features a full-body playlist, we're targeting our lower body for a Summer booty lift. Keep your core engaged and build a strong back while sculpting a ballerina booty and lengthening legs!

Roll out your mat and set up your barre for Monday, July 3rd. This challenge is pre-built into your BB Challenges feature under New This Month until August 2023, at which point it will be located under Year 4 of Ballet Beautiful Challenges for you to begin at anytime!
